Taylor Wilkins I Can Too Belt

About Taylor:
Designed by Taylor Wilkins! She has been a supporter of BLC since we opened in 2020. Taylor is a member of Team USA. She grew up in Florida which is where her love for weightlifting started. In 2015 she went to college for Olympic Style lifting and started her career. Taylor has been a part of two Senior World teams and three Pan American teams with national competitions spread in between. She made the decision to make lifting her full time job in 2022 to make a run for the 2024 Olympic Team. She admits that it’s been a challenging feat with a group of amazing athletes. Taylor is so grateful for all of the support as she enters the last push for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
 
About the Design:
Mentality is half the battle in this sport. Taylor has always prided herself for her ability to stay mentally tough and trust herself. Far too often we get caught up in what others are doing, comparing ourselves to them, and saying “I wish I could do that” or “you’re so much stronger than me”. I CAN TOO is what Taylor recites to myself as she walks up to the platform. In the words of Taylor, "We prepare for weeks for 6 attempts on the platform and ‘I CAN TOO’ just puts me in a mindset that I’m here for a reason and I can too."
 
The belt is offered in 3 colorways. Black with black embroidery, Baby Blue with black embroidery, and Tie Dye Navy and white with red embroidery. Refer to the images for color options. All words are embroidered.
 
The hangtag is SIGNED by Taylor, which is a great momento from this belt purchase! A percentage of the proceeds from each belt order will be given to Taylor to help support her athletic career and run at the 2024 Olympics!
 
About the Belt:
The Goldie Locks Collection is a line of weight belts deigned to be not to stiff yet not too soft. This is a line of 3 and 4 inch hybrid straight belts - soft outside including a velcro strap, with the addition of a leather insert. What makes this belt extraordinary is the lightweight memory foam padding which not only provides additional support but also provides comfort to your 360 degree core.
 
They are designed in accordance with USAW and IWF regulations.
