Belt Sizing allowance
Sizing allows for a 3 inch gap or 3 inch overlap.
Example: Your measurement is 28 inches. If you purchase a XS (22.5-28 inches), there will be a 2 inch gap upon closure. 28 inches (waist measurement) minus 26 inches (xs belt ends meet) equals 2 inch gap. see chart below.
If you prefer an overlap, the suggested size would be Small (25.5-32 inches). using the same example from above, 29 inches (small belt ends meet) minus 28 inches (waist measurement) equals 1 inch overlap. see chart below.
how to measure
Measure around your true waistline. This means the tape measure should be pulled snug - not tight - under your rib cage but above or over your belly button.
